DVD distributor, ask them what's their excuse!
Should find out all the info at back of DVD
Do a google search and you may find out where to complain.
I haven't actually read anywhere that any distribution companies are apologising and willing to make amends...
Look like they opt to keep their mouth shut and got rid of those complaints....
