Luiz Felipe "Big Phil" Scolari will take over as Chelsea manager from Avram Grant on July 1st.

Bit strange a manager who has never managed in europe! And he speaks no english! Capello clearly knew some at least.

However he cud be same as Wenger - No one heard of him n thought he wudnt do well at Arsenal

So Scolari cud well be the same but he be under more pressure of course sinse "Trigger Happy" Abromovich demands alot!!
