I will be competing at the British Unequipped Bench Press on the 2nd May 2009, I thought i would drop people a note to give them details on the day, and if anyone wishes to come along, you are more than welcome - all support is appreciated :-)


The competition will be held at:- Hatchford Brook Old Lode Lane Solihull West Midlands B92 8JE

I will be competing at:- approx 1pm - this could change
