Zoe
Hi there

This is my first post so I thought i'd introduce myself

I'm Zoe - am Hard of Hearing and run Maidstone Deaf Pub . I also organise deaf ladies lunches, so if you are local, female and want to meet up with us girls - let me know. I only arrange small groups so we get to know each other.

I'm currently doing my NVQ3 BSL with Remark so enjoy practicing as much as possible.

Married to big Lee and have 3 gorgeous kids age 16,14 & 8 my middle child has autism and is such a treasure and my inspiration in learning sign language. As my hearing is deteriorating I am determinted to become fluent in BSL in order to both help myself and encourage my deaf aunts to start learning.

My professional is that of a face painter/body artist and I specialise in special needs/deaf events as I sign in Makaton, Signalong and BSL. However I now am actively look for a part-time job within the deaf community.

Gosh am waffling on - really only wanted to say a big "Hi" and thanks to Tony for inviting me here

Byeeeee
