In the first episode of the third series, we take to the snowy slopes of Hemel Hempstead to meet Silent Snow. Run by Phil Freeman and Karen Hardwick, Silent Snow specialises in teaching deaf and hard of hearing people how to ski and snowboard. Cue one snowboarding lesson for our fearless presenters; you just know one of them will end up with a face full of snow!

And there's more! We meet Matthew Talbot, snowboarding expert, who will be heading to the Winter Deaflympics in 2011. We couldn't let him be all talk and no action, so we sent him up the highest peak in Hemel Hempstead with snowboarders, Andrew Stibbs and Craig Butcher. Are they slalom champions or will it all end in icy tears? Tune in to find out!
