i been think to buy nokia to use my phone fund and money off from nectar card

Tony
How did your mobile phione stopped working?

Did you try removiong the battery & back on? Did a hard reset (i.e. wipe out and start fresh)

Or did you drop and break it? lol

And for the phone, I had a look at both of them and I would pick Nokia 5230 because it coems with GPS/sat nav which is very useful.

Those hard of hearing type mobiles, I think they are really rubbish in design and long long way behind modern mobiles BUT they are best suited for old hard of hearing people cos most old people I seen used basic old fashion type mobiles cos it is much simplier for them, they don't want extra bits.

It depends on age group really.
madchris
well i already brought nokia 5230 with free sat of the map - its really cool!

Agree with Speedy, those phones are for old fogies and of little use to us "young" trendsetters who want all the bells and whistles of Internet Web Browsing, Twitter and Facebook Apps and many other features which modern phones provide now.

"Extra Loud Phones" are of no use to those of us who are profoundly deaf like myself.  I cannot hear well enough to make or receive voice calls.  I therefore have an app installed on mine which intercepts voice calls, hangs it up and immediately sends that caller a text message saying "You have called a deaf mobile phone user, please send a text message instead."

madchris
where did u get that application from?

Mine came as an automatic software update on my Nokia E72 but you can get it from Ovi Store if your mobile is compatible with it.  It's called Advanced Communication Manager.

That really useful to have Legs. I don't think iPhone got that app, no one seems to thought of one for iphone.
