Yes. If you search for "Blair Witch" on the website you'll find the following:
http://dvd-subtitles.com/dvds/The-Blair-Witch-Project.php
Which shows that the Main feature is subtitled but the extra features are not. Personally, I didn't like the film much - Leaves far too much to the imagination for my taste. Quite creepy though.
