What a magnificent performance by Manchester United last night! Seven goals, of the highest quality, against the second-place side in Serie A!

I was open-mouthed in admiration, and I'm not even a Manchester United fan!

Chelsea also did well, and Liverpool will surely make it three English clubs out of four in the Champions League semi-finals, in a good year for English football.

We could have a title-decider between Chelsea and Manchester United, followed by two Chelsea v Manchester United finals, but I'm sure Liverpool, Bayern Munich/AC Milan, Blackburn and Watford will all have something to say about that!

All in all it should be a thrilling end to the season, although personally I will be happy if Basingstoke Town can avoid relegation from the Conference South- we're three points behind, with four games to play, so it will be very difficult.

Abt a mth ago i fort my team (West Ham) are down n out of the prem but quite recently we strung 3 wins n 9pts together n suprisingly caught up with the team who are 3 pts ahead of us but played one game more than us - Charlton

I actaully MISSED all 3 goals in 10mins as i had switched to Chelsea game to watch for 10mins so was quite shocked to see Man Utd scoreline wen i wen bak to watch lol

Its a great thing to see 3 english sides in semi for a change as i rem not so long ago there was 3 spanish teams in the semis..

Stu and i was disappointed with Man Utd and Chelsea FA cup as was expecting to see exciting match!! its so dull and feel they both could do a lot better! i was sooooo disp when this match didn't led to penalty shoot out! (its thrilling part of the game!!)
