Tomorrow will be an exiting day for Rugby Union fans as both top and bottom spots are very close and will be decided on the day. anyone of the top 5 could be out of the semi's and eather of the bottom 2 could go down. Tigers need to beat wasps to get a home semi match. Vealehill i will also be cheering your guys on just in case we lose. so come worriors take out the sarries in style  My worst day would be wasps beat Tigers, bristol beat gloucester and sarries beat Worriors
drodz
My dream day nearly came true. vealehill you should be proud of the worriors the had a fantastic game and deserve to stay up. we should be at the top, if it was not for the point we lost earlier in the season for play and illeagle player :wall: . thats what you get for helping your country out. :bash:
drodz
two down one to go clap.gif clap.gif clap.gif clap.gif clap.gif clap.gif

Thank Drodz about Warriors. I went to Sixways to watch the last game of the season. phew it was very nerve-recking time for me. i was so happy and feel bit sad for northampton cos they play very well.

Shame about Leicester yesterday. at least they won the double which is not bad!!!
drodz
Shame we had to lose to wasps as i dont like that side i think lally is a dirty player and a big head. but hey ho as meatloaf once said two out of three aint bad biggrin.gif
just got to worry about england now. what a clever plan to set up a test match when most of your key players are commited to club duties  dont think we are going to fair very well in these two games and that will put a downer on our confidence for the world cup.
Vealehill
Guiness Premiership start today, aarrggh about Warriors lost on the first day but at least they play very well under Mike Ruddock adn will develop better in the long term under him.

I reckon Gloucester will win the Preimership this season cos they sign lots of good new players recently.

Good luck to Tigers, Drodz!
drodz
Cheers mate, bad luck for today. i am not sure how we will start the season with most of our key players on international duties "even our new head coach" . but thats what you get when you have got the money to buy the best, to stay the best thumbdown.gif . I love my team but think they are maybe turning their backs on the young guns a bit and buying in, which is not usually leicesters form. we have always been big in development and put alot of money in to it. but the last two seasons have seen alot of foriegn players bought in and not much play time for home grown players.
Anyway i will get off my soapbox now and say we have done well in our friendlys so fingers crossed we could have a repeat of last season, maybe even the trebbel
Just looked at the starting line for tomorrow against bristol, starting with five new players  I think cockers must have been talking to brian ashton biggrin.gif
Vealehill
well done to Drodz, Leicester beat Worcester, worcester got a bad start to the season i cant beileve it!!! Argentine Boss will join the Leicester in two weeks time, will be intersting season for leicester and gloucester!!!!
drodz
Cheers Chris, we didn't do that well this week though angry.gif , as i'm sure Rob will point out when he get's time to be online  I see Worriors didn't do that well either, but when you think it was against most of the Welsh national sqad, no shame there. They put up a meaty performance and more like that hopefully they will not be fighting their way off the bottom this season  . As for Tigers lets get the big guns back, new head coach and watch this space fingers crossed biggrin.gif

Thanks, yeah Warriors play not well last saturday but let wait for Rico Gear and Sam Tuitupou from All Blacks coming in the side in near future to help Warriors get off this bottom spot. Warriors Backline is bit poor, Gear and Tuitupou will fits in these and improve the backs. I am happy with forwards espically Gavin Quinell, he is my hero!!!!
Vealehill
just let u all rugby fans know, Worcester will be ok in the preimership cos just sign Rico Gear!! he will help us, i am looking forward to see him do it!!!! wink.gif wink.gif

Good news about Rico Gear hopefully he will give you the boost you need. If anyone can pull it back it's the worriors just look at last season. Fingers crossed you will come good.

Donny; wrong sport again Rugby Union players don't come out in fancy dress, with the shoulder pads thinking they are americans. They are real men in a real sport. tongue.gif

drodz
Hey up Chris hows it going? ain't been around for a while. Whats happend to your team this season??? No doubt one of us will be poking fun at the other after Saturday biggrin.gif
Vealehill
First thing is I have been pleased with the steady progress of the club to the Premiership, and mightily relieved when we have survived relegation but I really felt that this current season promised much better things, sadly we seem to have hit a brick wall and the descent has started again.

I have to say that I am not a Ruddock fan at all, he was in my opinion out of his depth at International level, and appears to be so at Worcester.

Can things improve under his management or is it time to seek an alternative. I know that Worcester is a homely club and are loyal to their staff but this season really was the one to lift us to another level, and we have failed. It is indeed fortunate for us that Bristol are enduring such a poor season as I think we would be fighting another relegation battle.
